Stemma S.S. Lazio ricamato sul petto sinistro e logo Umbro ricamato sul petto destro. Sponsor Cirio applicato in stampa gommata blu con logo verde “Come natura crea” sopra. Colletto a polo bicolore con apertura a V. Sul retro, personalizzazione SIGNORI 11 in blu navy con logo Umbro all’interno dei numeri. Taglia L, produzione Umbro, vestibilità regolare.
