Description

Track jacket of the Italian national team made by the technical sponsor Diadora in 1990. Model in excellent condition, with uniform fabric, without defects, and bright colours. Size M

The jacket of the Italian national team is light blue, with white shoulders and sleeves, but which present, on the upper part, a checkered pattern in white, light blue and light blue, and, along the entire length, a vertical blue stripe, on which a stylized wave is depicted in the three colors of the Italian flag. The cuffs and the band present in the lower end of the product are in blue spring. The closure is ensured by a full zip system, however the blue pockets on the sides do not have them. A patch representing the Italian flag with three gold stars is sewn onto the heart side, while the logos of the technical sponsor Diadora and the commercial sponsor Ip are present on the right side.

The official anthem entitled 'To Be Number One' by Giorgio Moroder Project was the soundtrack to the 1990 World Cup held in Italy, the Italian version of which 'Un'estate italiana' was interpreted by Gianna Nannini and Edoardo Bennato who they also wrote the text. Italy finished in third place in that tournament, while the winners were West Germany.
