AC Milan home jersey from the 2003/2004 season produced by Adidas, personalized with Shevchenko's number 7, long-sleeved version. Classic Rossoneri design with vertical stripes, black details on the shoulders, and iconic Adidas three stripes down the sleeves.

Embroidered Adidas logo on the right chest. AC Milan crest with a star sewn onto the left chest. Printed Opel Meriva central sponsor. UEFA Champions League patch on the sleeve and Lega Calcio patch on the other sleeve, typical of official competitions. Heat-applied Coppa Italia patch.

Shevchenko's name and number 7 are printed in white on the back, in keeping with the style used by the club in European competitions in the early 2000s.

Inner Adidas label, size XL. Made in Tunisia. Polyester fabric with breathable mesh inserts.

This model is from the 2003/2004 season, the year in which Andriy Shevchenko won the Ballon d'Or.
