TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The website www.le7sorelle.it is managed by Le Sette Sorelle Srls , with registered office in Via On. Francesco Napolitano 35, 80035 Nola (NA), VAT number 10414311216, PEC lesettesorellesrls@pec.it.
The purchase of products through the site entails full acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which regulate the relationship between Le Sette Sorelle Srls (“Le 7 Sorelle”) and the customer (“Customer”).
All sales are made under the margin regime. VAT is not shown pursuant to art. 36 of Legislative Decree 41/1995. For shipments outside the EU, any duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Only adults can purchase. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the purchase process.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email.
Le 7 Sorelle may refuse or cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, non-payment, incomplete information, suspected fraud, or obvious pricing errors.
3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Customized products require advance payment and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects.
Le 7 Sorelle may refuse customizations with unsuitable content. Any changes to the team, number, or situation after the order is placed will not be eligible for a refund.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Shipments are made via express courier.
- Italy: 24/48 hours
- Europe: 48/72 hours
- Outside the EU: from 3 working days
Shipping costs are automatically calculated before order confirmation. For shipments outside the EU, any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
In case of an incorrect address or non-delivery, shipping, return, and customs costs will be retained.
5. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE
Registration is free and required to purchase. Customers must provide truthful information and keep it updated. Each person may only create one account.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit/debit card via secure systems
- Additional methods indicated at checkout
7. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Prices are expressed in euros (€).
Sales are made under the margin regime. VAT is not indicated pursuant to art. 36 of Legislative Decree 41/1995.
For shipments outside the EU, any duties and customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. BILLING
Invoice requests must be submitted at the time of ordering. Subsequent requests are not accepted. Invoices are issued according to the margin system.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be requested by email to info@le7sorelle.it . Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or opened items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract is governed by Italian law.
For consumer customers residing in Italy, the court of their place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. In all other cases, the Court of Naples has jurisdiction.
