2011/2012 AC Milan third shirt by adidas, personalised with Nesta and number 13 on the back.
Short-sleeved black shirt with three red shoulder stripes, a black polo-style collar with V opening and a horizontal Italian tricolour detail on the chest. Gold adidas logo and Milan crest with star; white Fly Emirates sponsor. Serie A TIM sleeve patch and ClimaCool marking near the hem. White NESTA name and number 13 on the back, with small Milan crests inside the digits.
On 10 May 2012, Alessandro Nesta announced that 2011/2012 would be his final season at Milan. He joined in 2002 and won two Champions League titles during a decade with the club. In announcing his departure, he named Thiago Silva as the defender who would succeed him: a symbolic passing of the torch in Milan's defence.
