Special captain's armband issued for Lorenzo Insigne for the Napoli-Roma match on November 29, 2020, a match dedicated to the memory of Diego Armando Maradona, who passed away a few days earlier. The commemorative design is inspired by the Argentina national team jersey, with light blue and white stripes and a large black "C" followed by the words "AD10S," a tribute to the quintessential number 10.

The inside features a gold print with the words "Napoli – Roma 29 11 2020" and a silhouette of the player in action, an exclusive detail created for that match. Official match model, made from stretch technical fabric with a Velcro closure and adjustable tab.
