Colore blu con bordo bianco e grande scritta “CAPITANO” in bianco a contrasto lungo tutta la circonferenza. Sul lato è applicata la patch ufficiale Serie A 2018-2019. Struttura elastica in tessuto tecnico, adatta a braccio adulto, con chiusura a velcro e cinturino elastico nero interno per un miglior fissaggio durante la gara. Fascia originale dell’epoca, identica a quella indossata da Hamsik nelle partite di campionato 2018/19 con il Napoli.
