Raro modello di colore azzurro con grafica geometrica tono su tono e dettagli a contrasto in rosso e nero, colletto a polo blu con profili rosso-neri. Sul fronte sono applicati il logo Lotto ricamato, lo sponsor Opel stampato e lo stemma A.C. Milan 1899 cucito lato cuore, sormontato dalla stella celebrativa. Sul retro personalizzazione ufficiale Simone 23 con nome e numerazione in flock.
