Il design presenta una base rossa con inserti neri tecnici sui lati e sulle spalle. Sul petto sono applicati il logo Adidas ricamato e lo stemma AC Milan con la stella celebrativa, accompagnati dallo storico sponsor Opel. Sulle maniche compaiono le classiche tre strisce Adidas, mentre sul fondo della maglia è ricamato il lettering A.C. Milan.
