Embroidered Adidas logo on the right chest. AC Milan crest on the left chest with a gold star above the crest. Central sponsor Opel in black print.

Maldini's name and number 3 in black print with red trim on the back.

White polo collar with red detail on the center back. Polyester fabric. Includes an internal Adidas label with size XL.
