Il design è uno dei più iconici della storia delle maglie da calcio anni ’90. La divisa presenta la base bianca con larghe strisce ondulate rosse che attraversano verticalmente tutta la maglia, un motivo grafico molto riconoscibile e diventato simbolo del Mondiale giocato negli Stati Uniti.

Il colletto a V e i bordi delle maniche presentano dettagli blu navy e rossi, richiamando i colori della bandiera americana. Sul petto sono applicati il logo Adidas e lo stemma US Soccer con il classico pallone integrato nella scritta “USA”.

La maglia fu indossata durante il Mondiale del 1994, torneo organizzato negli Stati Uniti che segnò uno dei momenti di maggiore visibilità internazionale per il calcio nel paese.
