S.S.C. Napoli third jersey from the 2011/2012 season produced by Macron, personalized with Lavezzi's number 22, UEFA Champions League configuration. Yellow base with light blue inserts on the collar, shoulders, and side panels.

Macron logo embroidered on the right chest. SSC Napoli crest applied as a stitched patch on the left chest. Lete central sponsor applied in print.

On the back, the name Lavezzi and number 22 are printed in light blue with a dark border and a Napoli logo detail inside the numbers, as per the official European customization.

Features a UEFA Champions League patch (Starball) on one sleeve and a Respect patch on the other, both flocked.

Macron inner label, size XL. Original Macron tag still present. 100% polyester technical fabric.
