La divisa presenta una base gialla con dettagli blu sulle spalle e sul colletto. Sul petto sono applicati il logo Umbro, lo stemma della S.S. Lazio con l’aquila e lo sponsor commerciale Cirio, storico marchio presente sulle maglie biancocelesti in quel periodo.

Sul retro è presente la personalizzazione Nedved 18, dedicata al centrocampista ceco Pavel Nedved, uno dei protagonisti della Lazio di fine anni ’90. Arrivato a Roma nel 1996, Nedved divenne rapidamente un elemento fondamentale della squadra grazie alla sua corsa instancabile, al tiro potente e alla capacità di incidere nelle partite decisive.
