2002/2003 AC Milan junior home shirt by adidas, associated with Paolo Maldini. Size 152, identified in the archive filename as approximately age 12.
Short-sleeved red-and-black vertical stripes, black V-neck and three red adidas stripes on the shoulders. White adidas logo, Milan crest with star and Opel sponsor with silver circular mark on the chest. Traditional red-and-black panels with dark detailing. Any player numbering on the reverse requires visual confirmation and is not assumed.
Milan ended 2002/2003 by winning the Champions League against Juventus on penalties in Manchester. Captain Paolo Maldini lifted the trophy exactly forty years after his father Cesare had captained Milan to victory at Wembley in 1963, a remarkable family parallel in the club's history.
