Features player Lobotka's name and number (68) on the back. The jersey has the Lete commercial sponsor on the chest and Amazon on the left sleeve.

The Lega Calcio patch is applied on the right sleeve, and the left sleeve features the celebratory "Campione d'Italia" patch. The jersey is autographed by player Lobotka. Size S.
