Home model with polo collar and button closure. Geometric pattern. SS Lazio crest embroidered on the heart side, Umbro logo made in flock, Banca di Roma commercial sponsor in flock.

Lazio led by Zdenek Zeman, in the 1995/1996 season qualified in third place in Serie A
