Description
Sampdoria special series short-sleeved jersey for the 1995/1996 season, made by the technical sponsor Asics and personalized with the number 14. The model is not in excellent condition, due to some tears, but its limited series production le allows you to be a unique garment in the world. Size not specified.
The team's jersey for the Lantern Derby features the classic colours: it is blue with horizontal stripes that wrap around the chest in white, red and black. The collar, polo model, is in jersey and incorporates these colors. In front, on the heart side, the emblem of the sports club is sewn, on the right the logo of the technical sponsor Adidas is applied and in the center you can see the writing 'Samp for peace', as well as the white shield with a cross, edged in black. On the back of the garment there is the personalization with the number 14.
In recent years, the young Genoese Enrico Chiesa stands out, who this season throws the ball over the line of the opponent's goal no less than 22 times. Champions such as Christian Karembeu and Clarence Seedorf also arrive in Genoa, two midfielders with undisputed qualities. Despite this, the Sampdoria team manages to place itself only in eighth place in the championship standings. In the first part of the 1995/1996 season, the Sampdoria team did not yet have a commercial sponsor and for this reason the players sported a jersey that reads 'Samp for peace' on the chest, in order to spread a message of positivity and auspicious towards the conclusion of the war in the Balkans.
