The Milan home shirt made by Lotto for the 1996/1997 season is in excellent condition, without streaks or stains. It has the original vivid color, it has small signs of wear only in the jersey collar. Size L.

Short-sleeved home shirt in red and black has a V-neck collar with black stripes that start from the neck and radiate centrally along the entire length. On the heart side the embroidered AC Milan crest and on the right the logo of the technical sponsor Lotto. Centrally the white Opel commercial sponsor applied with a slight relief. On the sleeves a dot pattern that fades out and ends on the black jersey border. Stripes of a darker red grace the fabric. The Ziege 17 personalization on the back.

Fabio Capello returned as manager, after the dismal second half of the 1996-97 championship, he failed to reverse course and Milan were a shadow of the team he had left the year before. With Capello's reputation seemingly ruined, he was sacked at the end of the season, with Milan finishing just tenth in the league.
