Description

Napoli Away match shirt from the 1997/1998 season with short sleeves and polo collar. Size M.

White in color with light blue inserts, it features the Napoli logo sewn on the heart side and the Nike logo embroidered on the right side, while the logo of the commercial sponsor Polenghi is applied in the center.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

The 1997/1998 season was tragic for Napoli. In 33 years of the Ferlaino era it was the first relegation to Serie B and the worst figures ever in the top flight for Napoli were recorded. The club, in the throes of a financial crisis, sold many prized players and changed 4 coaches: Mutti, Mazzone, Galeone and Montefusco.
