Salernitana sweatshirt with high neck, made by the technical sponsor Asics for the 1999/2000 season and by the commercial sponsor Exigo. The model is in excellent condition, without defects or streaks on the fabric. size not specified.
The sweatshirt of the team from Campania has a high collar and with a scratch closure, but its particularity is due to the fact that it is black from the shoulders up to under the chest area and in red for the remaining part of the bust. On the black part, on the left, the emblem of Salernitana is sewn, while on the right there is the lettering of the technical sponsor Asics. On the red part, in the center of the jacket, you can see the lettering of the Salerno team and the brand of the commercial sponsor Exigo. From the shoulders and up to the middle of the arms, the shirt is enriched by a strip bearing the Asics logo and lettering, while on the left arm they are highlighted again in a larger format and in white. The back of the shirt features the presence of the two brands in large format, Asics and Exigo.
In this football season, marked by relegation to Serie B, the coaches Adriano Cadregari and Luigi Cagni alternated several times on the bench and the president Aniello Aliberti strengthened the squad with young athletes, hoping to gain entry into Serie A again. Despite the good performance of some players, such as David Di Michele with 29 goals scored, 6 in the Italian Cup and 23 in the league, the team only secures seventh place at the end of the championship.
