Official Lazio goalkeeper jersey for the 2008/2009 season, personalized with the name and number of goalkeeper Juan Pablo Carrizo (1). Made by technical sponsor Puma, the jersey is bright yellow with black details on the sides and collar. The Serie A patch is embroidered on the right sleeve, while the Lazio crest is stitched on the chest, accompanied by Puma logos on both shoulders.

The 2008/2009 season was a memorable one for Lazio, as the team won the Coppa Italia under coach Delio Rossi, defeating Sampdoria in the final via penalty shootout.
