The shorts are red with a drawstring waist and white side lines. On the right side there is the club crest embroidered in white, while on the left side there is the logo of the technical sponsor New Balance.
The season was Liverpool's 24th in a row in the Premier League and 53rd in a row in the top flight of English football. The team finished the championship in 8th place.
