Jacket in excellent condition, details intact and size L label still present inside.

DETAILS

Aston Villa heavy jacket in garnet color from the 1991/1992 season. Jacket with zipper closure and iron buttons. On the front of the jacket is embroidered the writing VILLA, as well as on the back, while on the left sleeve is embroidered the writing UMBRO. The logo of the commercial sponsor is also sublimated inside the hood. On the front, on the bottom right, is sewn the team logo.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

Despite not changing the team that in the previous season had fought for the title, Aston Villa clamorously risked relegation. In the Uefa Cup, they went out, even more sensationally, at the hands of Inter, who came back from a 2-0 defeat of the English team in the return match of the sixteenth final. The Villains were coached by Jozef Vengios, the first foreign coach in the history of English soccer's top division.
