Description

The jersey is in good condition, except for a spot on the left back of the shoulder. The manufacturer's size L label is also present on the side.

DETAILS

Benevento 2017/2018 away jersey for midfielder Lorenzo Del Pinto. The Benevento logo is sewn onto the front of the shirt over the left chest, and the Frankie Garage logo is embossed on the right. The commercial sponsor La Molisana's logo is in the center, with the logo of the other sponsor, SAPA, printed just below. The lettering "DEL PINTO" and the number 4 are printed on the back, along with the logo of the third sponsor, Rillo Costruzioni. The Serie A TIM patch is on the right sleeve.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

Benevento played their first Serie A season. They got off to a dramatic start, losing nine straight matches. Baroni, the hero of the club's historic promotion to Serie A, was replaced by De Zerbi, and the witches earned an incredible home draw against AC Milan with a 95th-minute equalizer from goalkeeper Brignoli. Benevento, aided by a high-caliber transfer campaign, seemed to be on their way to a miracle, but were ultimately defeated and condemned to relegation by Chievo, the very team against which they had achieved their historic first Serie A victory.
