Preserved jersey in good condition except for some imperfections in the number patch and on the bottom spine where there is a very small white halo. Also present is the manufacturer's label printed inside with the size 10 USA.
DETAILS
Chelsea season 2011/2012 short sleeve shirt with blue and white inserts. Present on the front the logo Samsung and ADIDAS applied, while on the heart side is embroidered Chlesea crest. On the back are applied number 11 and lettering Drogba in addition to the slogan Right To Play. On the left sleeve is sewn the RESPECT patch and on the right the Champions League patch.
ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES
Chelsea's seemingly disappointing season turned out to be one of the London club's most exciting. The Portuguese coach Andre Villas Boas, Mourinho's historic second, could count on players such as Fernando Torres, Drogba, Terry, Lampard and Essien, but only finished sixth in the league. He was succeeded by the Italian Roberto Di Matteo who, surprisingly, brought home the FA Cup and the Champions League. In a thrilling final against Bayern Munich it was Drogba who scored the decisive goal of the tie and led the Blues to win on penalties. In 254 games with Chelsea, the Ivorian striker has scored 105 goals.
