La giacca è costruita su una base blu navy con inserti azzurri sagomati sulle spalle e nella zona inferiore dei fianchi. È un modello a manica lunga con chiusura frontale a zip, colletto alto ripiegabile e profilo azzurro lungo il bordo. Sul davanti sono presenti due tasche laterali con zip. Sul petto compaiono il wordmark Diadora in bianco e lo stemma SSC Napoli; piccoli dettagli azzurri completano polsi e fondo.
