Giacca PSV Eindhoven riconducibile agli anni 90, realizzata da Adidas.

La giacca è azzurra con grandi fasce lilla e rosse sulle maniche e sui lati del busto. Presenta colletto rialzato, chiusura frontale con zip e polsini elasticizzati; le tasche sono collocate nella parte bassa del davanti. Il marchio Adidas e lo stemma del PSV sono applicati sul petto, mentre il retro rimane azzurro con inserti colorati che attraversano le spalle. Il taglio è ampio e tipico di un capospalla sportivo, non di una maglia da gara. La zip azzurra corre per l’intera lunghezza del busto; le tasche laterali hanno apertura obliqua e cerniera. Sul retro sono evidenti le strisce lilla che percorrono le spalle e scendono lungo le maniche, intervallate da pannelli rossi a forma di V. Il fondo è raccolto da un’alta fascia elasticizzata.
