DETAILS

France Home Jersey for the 1986 Mexico World Cup in long sleeves in light blue with red and white inserts. Buttonless polo neck, French Federation logo flocked on the heart side and ADIDAS logo painted on the right side.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

France passed the group stage of the World Cup in Mexico 86 placing behind the Soviet Union. It ended its journey by losing in the semifinals to West Germany. This is the first World Cup hosted for the second time in the same country, as Mexico only later replaced Colombia, which had governmental problems. In addition, it is also the famous World Cup of Maradona's goal with his hand and the goal in which he dribbled almost the entire English team.
