Preserved jersey in good condition, looks great in rendition except for some fading in the lettering on the back. Also present is the original manufacturer's label with size XL.

DETAILS

Usual Juventus black and white jersey produced by Kappa this time for the 1996/1997 season. Short-sleeved uniform with buttonless polo neck. On the back is painted the name BOKSIC and is applied the number 9. On the front we find the sublimated Sony sponsor logo, the Kappa logo and the two little stars embroidered on the chest, the Juventus logo applied to the center of the collar.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

Juventus had just won the Champions League last season. However, the market immediately took away Vialli and Ravanelli, but players like Zidane, Vieri and Boksic arrived from Lazio. In the championship the Bianconeri were able to triumph, taking home the UEFA Supercup beating PSG and the Intercontinental Cup beating River Plate. The only disappointment came from the Champions League where the encore of the victory faded thanks to the defeat in the final for 3-1 against Borussia Dortmund. Alen Boksic arrived in Juventus for 14 billion lire but, due to both physical problems and inaccuracy, he only scored 7 goals and his adventure in Turin lasted only one season.
