A Neapolitan football flag Antonio Juliano, who was sold to Bologna, leaves Napoli after sixteen seasons and hands over the captain's armband to Beppe Bruscolotti. Giuseppe Savoldi once again top scorer of the season with 11 goals, including 1 in the UEFA Cup, 1 in the Italian Cup and 9 in the league.
