Description

Preserved jersey in good condition with very few fabric imperfections. The commercial sponsor in the center appears slightly worn. There is also a size XL label inside.

DETAILS

Long-sleeved training shirt in blue color of Inter seasons 1998-2008. The logo, sewn on the heart side, was used by Inter in the decade 1998-2008. The logo of the commercial sponsor Pirelli, printed in white in the center, has been used for 26 seasons since 1995. The Nike logo is also embroidered on the right side.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

The relationship between Pirelli and Inter is one of the longest-lasting in Italy as far as team-sponsor relationships are concerned. Strongly supported by the new president Massimo Moratti, the Pirelli sponsor accompanied Inter for 26 years. The last years of the 1990's were quite disappointing for Inter, but with the arrival of Mancini in 2004, 3 Scudetti, 2 Supercoppe and 2 Coppe Italia were won.

CLASSIFICATION IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP: 1st in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
