Base bianca con inserti celeste chiaro e dettagli gialli sulle spalle e sul colletto, per richiamare i colori storici della società. Design con pannelli in mesh a trama microforata per una migliore traspirazione, colletto stile polo con apertura a V e scritta “S.S. LAZIO” ricamata sul retro. Stemma speciale del Centenario ricamato sul petto sinistro, con aquila dorata e banda “1900–2000”, logo Puma in flock nero sul petto destro e sulle maniche.

Sponsor centrale “CIRIO” in flock nero, con patch aggiuntivo “CIRIO – Come Natura Crea” termosaldato sotto lo stemma. Sul retro personalizzazione NEDVED 18 in stile ufficiale dell’epoca, con nome e numeri neri bordati di bianco. Patch “Authentic Team Apparel” Puma in basso a sinistra, etichette interne e cartellini cuciti originali con indicazione 100% polyester, made in Hungary, taglia XL.
