Description

The Cagliari home shirt for the 1998/1999 season, produced by technical sponsor Biemme, features the classic red and blue quartered design. The club's crest is stitched on the left chest, while the Biemme logo is applied on the right. The commercial sponsor "Pecorino Sardo" is printed across the center. Daniele Conti, son of former footballer Bruno Conti, began his career at Roma, making his Serie A debut in 1996. In the 1998/1999 season, he made four appearances and scored one goal with the Giallorossi. In July 1999, he was co-owned by Cagliari, where he started a long and significant career, becoming a club legend for the Sardinian team.
