Chelsea home jersey made by Adidas for the 2016/2017 season, customized with John Terry’s name and number 26. Blue base with white V-neck collar and blue trim. Embroidered Adidas logo on the right chest, embroidered Chelsea crest on the left chest, and Yokohama Tyres printed sponsor on the front. Premier League patch applied on both sleeves. On the back, “TERRY” name set and number 26 in white. Size L.
