Il design è costruito sulle classiche strisce verticali bianche e nere, con dettagli dorati per il logo Adidas e le tre stelle sopra il nuovo stemma J. Il modello è a manica corta e presenta un colletto bianco con piccola apertura a bottoni; lungo i fianchi corrono le tre strisce Adidas nere. Al centro del petto compare lo sponsor Jeep.
Il 2017/2018 fu l’anno del settimo Scudetto consecutivo e della quarta Coppa Italia di fila. La maglia accompagna inoltre la piena transizione alla nuova identità visiva della Juventus, con il logo J che sostituì lo storico stemma ovale.
