The design features the classic yellow and red vertical stripes, with a red collar and Asics details on the shoulders. Fabiano Medina Tavares, a Brazilian defender, played for Lecce during the 2008/2009 Serie A season. That year, the Salento club fought hard to avoid relegation but was ultimately demoted to Serie B. Fabiano was recognized for his defensive solidity and constant commitment, becoming a key figure in the team's backline.
