La divisa riprende le strisce verticali rosse e nere, affiancate dai dettagli chiari della collezione Adidas e dal marchio commerciale Fly Emirates. La personalizzazione posteriore rimanda a Filippo Inzaghi e al numero nove che ha accompagnato gran parte della sua esperienza a Milano. Il capo è a manica corta e presenta la tipica struttura tecnica delle maglie da gara di quel periodo.
Il 13 maggio 2012 Filippo Inzaghi salutò San Siro segnando contro il Novara nell’ultima partita con il Milan. Fu un finale particolarmente simbolico per un calciatore associato alle grandi notti europee rossonere: il gol arrivò proprio nell’atto conclusivo di una lunga esperienza iniziata nel 2001.
