Maglia home a manica lunga del Lumezzane della stagione 2012/2013, realizzata da Acerbis.

Il design divide verticalmente il fronte tra una sezione blu navy, percorsa da sottili righe rosse, e una sezione rosso acceso. Il modello è a manica lunga con colletto a polo blu rifinito da piping rosso. Sul petto sono presenti il logo Acerbis in giallo e lo stemma del Lumezzane; altri loghi Acerbis compaiono sulle spalle. Sotto il colletto è visibile un piccolo richiamo tricolore, mentre nella zona inferiore compare la scritta Lume 1946.

Nella stagione 2012/2013 il Lumezzane partecipò alla Lega Pro Prima Divisione e raccolse 43 punti. Tra i protagonisti offensivi emerse Roberto Inglese, che chiuse l’annata come miglior marcatore della squadra con 14 reti complessive nelle competizioni stagionali, prima di proseguire la propria carriera ai livelli superiori.
