Description

Commemorative jersey worn during “Mancini Day”, the farewell match for Roberto Mancini on May 7, 2001, at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, made by Erreà. The shirt is white with sky blue side inserts and yellow piping. The Erreà logo appears on the right chest, while the left features the Italian Scudetto and a stitched inscription honoring the event. The sponsor “Cirio” is centrally printed. On the back, "Mancini" and number 10 in navy blue. Serie A patch on the sleeve. Size XL.

Historical Anecdote

Roberto Mancini ended his playing career at Lazio, where he played from 1997 to 2001. “Mancini Day” was a tribute match celebrating his achievements. During that time, Lazio enjoyed a golden era, having just won the Serie A title in 1999/2000. Shortly after retiring, Mancini began his successful managerial career alongside Sven-Göran Eriksson.
