Maglia del Napoli della stagione 1998/1999, realizzata da Nike e personalizzata Schwoch con numero 30.
Il capo presenta una base blu navy, con una doppia linea azzurra e bianca che parte dal collo, percorre le spalle e prosegue lungo le maniche. Il modello è a manica corta, con ampio colletto a polo sovrapposto a un girocollo interno rifinito in azzurro; anche i bordi manica riprendono la stessa combinazione cromatica. Sul petto sono presenti lo swoosh Nike in bianco e lo stemma storico del Napoli. Il fronte è pulito e privo di sponsor commerciale. Sul retro compare la personalizzazione Schwoch con numero 30.
