Maglia third del Milan della stagione 2011/2012 firmata Adidas, personalizzata sul retro con Nesta e il numero 13.
Il modello a manica corta presenta una base nera con tre strisce rosse sulle spalle, colletto nero a polo con apertura a V e inserto tricolore orizzontale sul petto. Il logo Adidas e lo stemma rossonero con stella sono dorati; al centro campeggia Fly Emirates in bianco. Sul braccio compare la patch Serie A TIM e al fondo è visibile la dicitura tecnologica ClimaCool. Sul retro compaiono la scritta NESTA e il numero 13 in bianco, con piccoli stemmi del Milan dentro le cifre.
Il 10 maggio 2012 Alessandro Nesta annunciò che quella sarebbe stata la sua ultima stagione al Milan. Arrivato nel 2002, chiuse un decennio in rossonero nel quale aveva conquistato due Champions League. Nel comunicare la decisione indicò proprio Thiago Silva come il difensore destinato a raccoglierne l’eredità: un passaggio di consegne emblematico per la difesa milanista.
