Description

The AC Milan training shirt made by Lotto for the 1996/1997 season is in excellent condition, without streaks or stains. It has the original color and shows no signs of wear, apart from the slightly faded label. XL size.

Short-sleeved training shirt in bright red, featuring a pattern that repeats from the collar along the shoulders to the sleeves with the Lotto logo and lettering. Thermo-applied Opel sponsor lettering on the front and back. On the front right the logo of the technical sponsor Lotto, on the left painted the AC Milan crest. On the back, above the commercial sponsor, the large heat-applied technical sponsor. The shirt has no trims of other colors, the collar is V-shaped in jersey.

The Milan Associazione Calcio falls apart after the abandonment of Fabio Capello to move to Real Madrid. The new organization with Óscar Tabárez as technical director completely misses the signings and the team does not qualify for the quarter-finals in the Champions League. In the end, the Rossoneri finished eleventh, reaching the final of the Italian Super Cup. Franco Baresi ends his active career, Milan will retire the number 6 shirt in his honour.
