DETAILS

Roma short-sleeved home match shirt season 1996/1997. On the front we find the logo of the commercial sponsor Ina Assitalia sublimation in the center, the Roma logo stitched on the heart side and the Asics logo in rubber on the right side. In the seam of the collar is sewn the lettering AS ROMA.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

Roma disappointed in the 96/97 season by playing a fairly anonymous championship. It was the first season with the activation of the Bosman ruling that allowed clubs to purchase unlimited EU players. The top scorer was a young Pippo Inzaghi with the Atalanta shirt.

TOP PLAYERS: Aldair, Delvecchio, Totti, Candela, Fonseca.

LEAGUE CLASSIFICATION: 12TH.
