1. Click on Order history and details.
  2. Select the order relating to the product you want to change/return, and click on Details
  3. Select the item you want to exchange and click on Send Request, explaining the reasons for your return.
  4. After sending the return request, in the Product Return section (https://www, the status of the case will change to "Waiting for confirmation", as soon as possible an operator will evaluate the case and possibly contact the customer. If it complies with the terms and conditions, the return will be accepted by the Back Office operator.
  5. Once the return has been accepted, the status of the case will change to "Waiting for package".
  6. Print the return slip by clicking on "Print" and insert it into the package/envelope containing the product to be returned. Write the order code, name and surname. Close everything in a well-sealed package.
  7. The buyer can go to any shipping center (Poste Italiane, private mail, courier, etc.), choosing the most convenient shipping option and returning the product at his expense.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Italian law (art. 5 Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 No. 185) establishes that the consumer who acts for purposes unrelated to his commercial activity - resellers and companies are excluded - can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller, within cases provided for by law, and obtain the relevant refund or replacement. For any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he will therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract.

The return involves a cost to be paid by the customer of €12 calculated on the basis that our shipments are made with insurance coverage. In the event of a refund request, the shipping cost plus €12 will be deducted from the refund.

How is the right of withdrawal exercised?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the purchased products in perfect condition, unused, with original labels not removed and provided with the original packaging. The returned products must also be carefully packaged, in order to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing or affixing of labels. The transport risks for returning the products are entirely borne by the customer. Products subjected to washing and damaged by detergents/additives, or products damaged by the customer due to incompetence (e.g.: ironing at excessive temperatures, incorrect application of patches on shirts, etc.) will not be replaced or refunded. For technical reasons, the color of the products displayed on the site may have slight differences compared to the actual color: this variation cannot be a reason for replacing the product or refunding it. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products customized at the express request of the customer (e.g. match shirts or shorts with special customisation).


The refund period for the purchase or replacement of the product is approximately 30 days. The replacement of the product takes place after checking the status of the returned product. In case of payment by credit card or PayPal the refund is made by re-crediting the amount and the refund time may vary based on the credit card used. The refund excludes transport costs, both for sending and returning the goods, and any customs duties/taxes. The refund of the purchase price will be total only in the event of a return made by the customer due to defective or damaged goods received, or in the event of loss/incorrect delivery of the package by the courier.


The maximum times within which to forward requests or complaints are as follows:
o 15 DAYS for complaints relating to defective, missing or non-corresponding goods with the order.
o 3 MONTHS for requests relating to shipments or deliveries (e.g.: package not received, package storage, delivery problems, etc.).
