DETAILS

Jersey Siena season 2006/2007 Third long sleeves. On the front is printed the logo of the sponsor commeciale Monte dei Paschi di Siena in white in the center. On the chest, heart side, we find the team logo sewn, while on the right side is embroidered logo technical sponsor. On the back are thermo-applied both the D'AVERSA lettering and the number 23. On the right sleeve is the Coppa Italia patch.

ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

Italy was coming off the World Cup won in Germany, but also from the Calciopoli scandal. Siena began the championship with a one point penalty due to late payment of IRPEF (personal income tax), but managed to save itself. Roberto D'Aversa, who later became a good coach, played 84 matches with Siena, scoring 1 goal.
