ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES:

In the 1987/88 season, Napoli stopped their race in the Italian Cup in the quarterfinals. In the double match against Turin, Napoli got a draw with goals in Piedmont, only to lose sensationally 3-2 at home. However, it should be mentioned that, thanks to the consecutive victories of last season plus the 5 races won easily in the current competition, Napoli holds a particular record. ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES:

The victory of the Scudetto in the previous season allowed Napoli to debut in the prestigious Champions Cup. Despite the good squad, well managed by the coach Bianchi, the progress of the Azzurri in Europe was very disappointing.
