ANECDOTES AND CURIOSITIES

A bitter season but that could have ended much worse for Venezia, which in the Serie B 96/97 championship ends at +5 from the relegation zone. Cosenza, Cesena, Palermo and Cremonese were forced into Serie C1 that year.
